Humble Youth was created by Lyndsi Richards, Author of "A Tuesday kind of love" a book on positive separation for kids to understand divorce in a light hearted loving way.
​
Lyndsi is a mother of 3 little ones who give her purpose to be a better human everyday and Especially on the hard days. She wanted to create a safe and loving space for Moms to connect and create self love and awareness with their children.
​
She is inspired by how important it is to cultivate their expression of emotions especially in today's world. Through art, yoga and mindfulness practices she believes we can empower, enlighten and give full permission for our children to express themselves without competition or judgement.

Having completed her 200 hr power yoga training in 2021 and beginning her meditation journey, she decided she was going to share this gift of mind, body and soul connection with her kids.
Lyndsi now wants to share her practices that have changed her life with other moms and their children. Life is all about learning, creating and being in the present moment with gratitude and most of all LOVE! Let's spread more love and more self awareness to our future, and raise together OUR HUMBLE YOUTH!
